Import, Export & Clone Functionality Now Live in Copilot

We’re thrilled to introduce three powerful features that streamline how you manage your AI agents—Import, Export, and Clone. These tools make it incredibly easy to share, duplicate, and migrate your Copilot setups with minimal effort.

What’s New?

• Export Copilot: Export your Copilot’s full configuration in one click and get a shareable URL for backups or team sharing.
• Import Copilot:
  • Create New Copilot: Use an import URL to spin up a new Copilot with pre-defined configurations.
  • Replace Existing Copilot: Overwrite an existing Copilot’s configuration from the Overview page using an import URL.
• Clone Copilot: Instantly duplicate any existing Copilot from the Overview page to create variants or for A/B testing.

New Feature

Minimized Widget Prompts for AI Agents in Copilot.live

You can now add short messages that appear when your AI agent’s widget is minimized. These prompts help attract users and encourage them to start a chat.

How to Set It Up:

1. Go to Configuration > Welcome Settings
2. Add up to 3 messages under Minimized Widget Prompts
3. Go to Deploy > Web Widget, copy the script
4. Paste it into your website head tag

That’s it - your AI agent is now more engaging from the very first glance.
